Bellinzona–Lugano–Chiasso–Milano
The RE10 line crosses the border with 27 trains per day connecting Ticino with Milano Centrale (13 trains from Ticino to Milan and 14 from Milan to Ticino).
Depending on the chosen connection, the RE10 departs from Bellinzona and stops at Bellinzona, Giubiasco, Lamone-Cadempino, Lugano, Lugano-Paradiso, Mendrisio, Chiasso, Como S.Giovanni, Albate-Camerlata, Seregno, Monza on the way to Milano Centrale.
Travellers from/to Biasca use the S20 line. Passengers for the Gotthard panoramic route (Bodio, Lavorgo, Faido, Ambrì-Piotta, Airolo) use the “Treno Gottardo” InterRegio (IR) service of the Schweizerische Südostbahn (SOB) from Bellinzona to Zurich/Basel.
