If you have lost an item on a TILO train travelling through Switzerland or at a station in Switzerland, you can report this by filling in the appropriate SBB form (at no cost), calling Rail Service (CHF 0.08/min. from the Swiss fixed-line network), or visiting a counter at an SBB railway station in person (cost: CHF 15).

If you have lost an item on a TILO train travelling through Italy or at a station in Italy, you can contact the Contact Center Trenord or report your loss at the My Link Point in Milan Cadorna, Milan Porta Garibaldi or Saronno.
