From Monday to Friday, the 5.43 S30 connections from Luino as well as the 17.04 connections from Cadenazzo are replaced by buses. In addition, every Wednesday, the 9.18 and 13.44 connections departing from Luino as well as the 8.04 and 10.04 connections departing from Cadenazzo are also replaced with buses. Finally, on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May, all S30 connections are replaced with buses. Please allow for a longer journey time. The train connections will return to regular service as of Saturday, 3 June 2023.

Disabled travellers requiring assistance when boarding or alighting from trains on Swiss territory should contact the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 512 257 844 (from abroad).

In order to better organise assistance on Italian territory, travellers with disabilities are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).

Bike loading is not possible for bus replacement service.
