With the first home game of the Hockey Club Ambrì Piotta (HCAP), which will take place on Saturday 11 September 2021, the TILO special train is back. For the journey from their own home to Ambrì-Piotta station and back, fans will need a pre-purchased ticket or a season ticket from the club.
The special train will run during all Regular Season home games, except for the derbies, and will depart Bellinzona at 6.33 pm in the direction of Alta Leventina and travel to Biasca without stopping. From here it will depart at 18.46 and with no further stops arrive at Ambrì-Piotta station at 19.15.
After the match, the southbound train will depart at 22.40 with stops at all stations (Faido, Lavorgo, Bodio, Biasca and Castione-Arbedo) and a scheduled arrival in Bellinzona at 23.30. From Bellinzona, it is possible to continue with the TILO S10 line in the direction of Lugano and Chiasso or with the TILO S20 line in the direction of Locarno.
Should the match be extended, the TILO special train will be waiting for the fans and the southbound departure will be delayed. There will be connections from Bellinzona to Locarno (TILO S20) and Lugano (TILO S10) until 01.00 am.
Finally, we would like to remind you that alcohol and smoking are prohibited on board the TILO special train to Ambrì-Piotta.
