Due to renewal works on the RE80 line, on Tuesdays to Saturdays from 22 September to 12 December 2026 there will be changes to the operation of the first two morning RE80 services. In particular:

• The RE80 service departing Chiasso at 4:31 is cancelled between Milano Greco Pirelli and Milano Centrale.
• The RE80 service originally scheduled to depart Milano Centrale at 5:43 is cancelled between Milano Centrale and Milano Greco Pirelli. The service will instead start from Milano Greco Pirelli at 5:43.

Both services will make an additional stop at Sesto San Giovanni. Passengers travelling between Milano Greco Pirelli and Milano Centrale should use the replacement bus service.
