From 12 to 24 October 2026 all S50 services are cancelled between Malpensa Aeroporto T1 and Malpensa Aeroporto T2. Passengers should use the airport shuttle service. The measure is due to maintenance work on the line. Please allow for longer journey times. Attention: in some cases travellers must depart earlier than their planned departure time.

In Ticino, travellers with disabilities who require assistance boarding or alighting from trains within Swiss territory can announce their needs at least one hour before departure by calling the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 800 007 102 (from abroad). This service is available from 5:00 a.m. to midnight.

In Italy, travellers with disabilities are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).
