From 2 November until 4 December and from 9 to 11 December 2026, on weekdays (Monday to Friday), the S50 connection departing Mendrisio at 21:33 and the S50 connection originally departing Malpensa T2 at 23:13 are cancelled between Busto Arsizio and Malpensa Aeroporto T2. Passengers should use the replacement bus service. Please allow for longer journey times.

In Ticino, travellers with disabilities who require assistance boarding or alighting from trains within Swiss territory can announce their needs at least one hour before departure by calling the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 800 007 102 (from abroad). This service is available from 5:00 a.m. to midnight.
In Italy, travellers with disabilities are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).
Only a limited number of bicycles can be transported on the replacement buses.
