As is usual with the Easter holidays, heavy traffic is expected to reach Italy's main tourist destinations. To accommodate this increased demand, three additional TILO RE80 services will run on Friday, April 3, 2026, towards Milan Porta Garibaldi via Varese and Gallarate.

The additional services will run as follows:

• Locarno departure 8:52 AM, Lugano departure 9:25 AM, Milan Porta Garibaldi arrival 10:55 AM
• Locarno departure 9:52 AM, Lugano departure 10:25 AM, Milan Porta Garibaldi arrival 11:50 AM
• Locarno departure 10:52 AM, Lugano departure 11:25 AM, Milan Porta Garibaldi arrival 12:50 PM

Please note: The additional TILO connections will not run to Chiasso; instead, they will continue from Mendrisio to Milan Porta Garibaldi, passing through Varese and Gallarate.

Additional connections have the following stops: Minusio, Tenero, Gordola, Riazzino, Cadenazzo, S. Antonino, Lugano, Paradiso, Mendrisio, Stabio, Varese, Gallarate, Rho Fiera Milano.

Travelers from Mendrisio wishing to continue towards Chiasso should use the S10 services.
