On 14 and 15 May 2026 track work is planned on the section between Gallarate and Busto Arsizio, resulting in significant changes to S50 services.
On Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May 2026, from 10:25 to 13:25, S50 services will be cancelled between Varese and Busto Arsizio.
Passengers for the Airport use the replacement bus service from Stabio to Malpensa Airport with no intermediate stops.
Passengers travelling to Varese can continue by train as normal. Passengers travelling between Varese and Busto Arsizio use Trenord replacement services.
