On the occasion of the festive long weekend, a high volume of passengers is expected travelling towards the main Italian tourist destinations. To cope with this increased demand, on Saturday 23 May an additional RE80 service will run towards Milano Porta Garibaldi via Varese and Gallarate.

The additional service will run as follows:

• Locarno dep. 09:52, Lugano dep. 10:25, Milano Porta Garibaldi arr. 11:50

Attention: the additional TILO service will not run to Chiasso; instead, from Mendrisio it will continue to Milano Porta Garibaldi via Varese and Gallarate.

Additional connections have the following stops: Minusio, Tenero, Gordola, Riazzino, Cadenazzo, S. Antonino, Lugano, Paradiso, Mendrisio, Stabio, Varese, Gallarate, Rho Fiera Milano. Travelers from Mendrisio wishing to continue towards Chiasso should use the S10 services.
