Information about TILO’s social media presence

TILO is currently represented on the following social media:

The aim of the site is to promote the use of trains and public transport for leisure. The account is managed by an external agency on behalf of TILO.

There is no rail traffic information in TILO’s social media, nor is customer support offered. Information regarding the current operating situation and customer service from SBB or Trenord can be found on the Contact page.

The personal data of users are processed in accordance with the applicable provisions on the platforms. Information about the processing of personal data can be found on the TILO website under the data protection declaration heading.

In order to ensure constructive and respectful communication, TILO moderates the content and reserves the right to remove any post, comment or audio or video material from the site which:

  1. has political or propaganda content;
  2. is worded inappropriately and/or has a threatening, violent, indecent or disrespectful tone;
  3. contains illegal content or material that incites illegal activities;
  4. has content that is offensive, misleading, concerning or infringes the rights of third parties;
  5. discloses personal data and information that may cause harm to third parties or damage their reputation;
  6. has obscene, adult or child pornographic content, or offends the sensitivity of users;
  7. has content that is discriminatory based on gender, race, ethnic origin, language, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, age, personal or social circumstances;
  8. promotes or encourages illegal activities that violate copyright or allow for the misuse of registered trademarks. Communications containing personally identifiable information (e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) may be removed to protect the individuals concerned.

The data sent directly to TILO channels by users via private messages will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions regarding the handling of personal data.
