On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May 2025, there will be significant changes to the S50 Mendrisio-Malpensa Airport connections. Travelers use alternative connections. Please allow for additional travel time.

On Saturday 24 May, the 21:33 connection from Mendrisio is cancelled between Gallarate and Malpensa Airport. The 22:13 connection from Malpensa Airport T2 is cancelled between Malpensa Airport T2 and Gallarate. There are no replacement buses running.

On Sunday 25 May 2025, all S50 connections are cancelled between Varese and Malpensa Airport. The online timetable is only partially updated. There are no replacement buses running.

Disabled travellers requiring assistance when boarding or alighting from trains on Swiss territory should contact the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 512 257 844 (from abroad).

In order to better organise assistance on Italian territory, disabled travellers are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).
