Important traffic changes on RE80 and S90 connections between Lugano and Chiasso on 25 May 2025

On Sunday 25 May 2025 there will be important traffic changes on the RE80 and S90 connections. All RE80 connections ending in Chiasso, as well as the S90 connections ending in Mendrisio will end their journey in Lugano. Travellers use S10 connections as an alternative. The RE80 connections departing from Milano Centrale will split in Lugano: the lead train will continue to Locarno, while the tail train will travel as the S90 to Giubiasco. Please pay attention to announcements on the train and at the station.
