Due to important infrastructure works from 30 June to 18 July 2025, some S50 connections will not travel to Malpensa T2, but will terminate at Malpensa T1.

In particular, from 30 June to 4 July 2025 and from 7 to 11 July 2025, the last two evening connections are affected, while from 14 to 18 July 2025, all S50 connections are affected. Travellers needing to reach Terminal 2 of the airport use the airport shuttle service.

Disabled travellers requiring assistance when boarding or alighting from trains on Swiss territory should contact the free number 0800 007 102 (from Switzerland) or +41 512 257 844 (from abroad).

In order to better organise assistance on Italian territory, travellers with disabilities are invited to communicate their needs, at least 48 hours before departure, on the dedicated number 800.210.955 (from Italy, active every day from 8.15 to 19.45).
